General Administrative Code of Georgia defines the procedure for issuing and enforcing administrative acts, reviewing administrative complaints and applications, and preparing, concluding and executing contracts under public law by administrative bodies. The Code aims to ensure the administrative bodies respect human rights and freedoms, the public interests and the rule of law.
