Law of Georgia on Copyright and Related Rights shall regulate: relations associated with the property and personal non-property copyright that arise upon creation and use of scientific, literary, and artistic works (copyright); relations associated with copyright related rights of performers, producers of phonograms, and videograms, and broadcasting organisations (‘the related rights’); relations associated with the rights of database producers.
